About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality control plans and test methodologies.
• Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes, results, and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control engineering, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with data analysis software and ability to communicate findings clearly.
