Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert strategic advice and consultation to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including investments, development, and portfolio management.

- Manage complex transactions from inception to completion, ensuring client objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base, acting as their trusted property advisor.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in real estate advisory, investment, or brokerage, with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in property valuation, market analysis, and transaction structuring.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value client relationships and complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the property market, particularly within Scotland .
