Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level finance roles, from executive search to specialist placements.
• Proactively develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients in the financial services sector.
• Identify, engage, and attract high-calibre finance professionals, including CFOs, Financial Controllers, and Analysts.
• Conduct thorough competency-based interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements and culture.
• Negotiate complex offer packages and manage the entire hiring process from start to finish, remotely.
• Contribute to market intelligence gathering and share insights on finance recruitment trends.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of proven success as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong specialization in finance recruitment .
• Demonstrated experience in executive search and placing senior-level candidates.
• Excellent understanding of the financial services industry and its key players.
• Exceptional remote communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage workload effectively from a remote setting.
