Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual skincare consultations via video calls, analysing client skin concerns and needs.
• Develop personalized skincare routines and recommend suitable products, ingredients, and treatments.
• Educate clients on proper skin health practices and the science behind their skin conditions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in skincare technology, ingredients, and treatment methods.
• Collaborate with the product development team, providing insights based on client feedback and industry trends.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client consultations and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Dermatology, Cosmetology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a skincare or aesthetic dermatology setting.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills for virtual client interaction.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients and formulation science.
