Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual skincare consultations, analysing client skin concerns and recommending personalised treatment plans.
• Develop and refine advanced skincare protocols and treatment guides for both professional and at-home use.
• Create engaging and informative skincare content, including articles, webinars, and social media posts.
• Provide expert advice and support to customer service teams regarding skincare inquiries.
• Stay at the forefront of dermatological research, ingredient advancements, and emerging beauty technologies.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide insights and feedback on new formulations and concepts.

Requirements

• Advanced certification or degree in Esthetics, Dermatology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a Skincare Specialist, Aesthetician, or Dermatologist's Assistant.
• In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, ingredients, and various treatment techniques.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed virtual client consultations and provide expert advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools and CRM systems.
