Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual consultations with clients to assess their skin type, concerns, and goals using video conferencing and digital assessment tools.

• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, ingredient efficacy, and the benefits of recommended products.

• Contribute to the development of online skincare resources, content, and training materials for both clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Certified Skincare Specialist or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CIDESCO, IHBC, or advanced aesthetic certifications).
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in esthetics, dermatology, or a closely related field, with a strong focus on skincare.
• Proven ability to conduct effective virtual client consultations and build strong rapport remotely.
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, skin conditions, and evidence-based skincare practices.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills suitable for a virtual environment.
• Proficiency with various digital communication tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
