Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain optimized workflows and tools for Unreal Engine .
• Create and integrate high-quality 3D assets, materials, and shaders within Unreal Engine.
• Optimize assets and scenes for real-time performance, ensuring smooth frame rates and visual fidelity.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to real-time rendering.
• Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and workflows.
• Stay at the forefront of real-time technology advancements and contribute to R&D efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist, with a strong focus on Unreal Engine .
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and material creation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, Substance Painter).
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python and C++ for Unreal Engine.
• Solid understanding of real-time rendering principles and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with virtual production or interactive visualization is highly desirable.
