Remote Senior UX/UI Designer (Beauty Tech)

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the beauty industry through technology, is seeking a talented Remote Senior UX/UI Designer . You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of their innovative digital platforms and applications. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive and engaging interfaces. Working remotely, you will collaborate with a passionate, distributed team to deliver best-in-class digital products that redefine how people interact with beauty services and information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to implementation, creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute design strategies.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization, advocating for the user in all product decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• A solid understanding of front-end development principles and how design translates to code.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web interfaces is essential.
