Remote Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote team. You will lead the design process from concept to final handoff, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and UI design.
• Develop intuitive and engaging user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems , style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and information architecture .
• Experience designing for various platforms, including web and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
