Remote Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and user-centric Senior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product development team, working entirely remotely . You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface design for our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and researchers to translate user needs and business goals into seamless and effective digital solutions that drive user satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces (UI) and engaging user experiences (UX) that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, in a remote setting.
• Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a UX/UI Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications, with a strong grasp of responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, vital for effective remote teamwork.
