About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned and innovative Remote SEO Strategist to drive organic growth for their digital platforms. This is a fully remote position, supporting operations based in Nottingham , offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge SEO strategies that enhance website visibility, attract qualified organic traffic, and contribute directly to lead generation and sales goals. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking SEO professional with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies, capable of working independently and collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page link-building initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
- Oversee the technical SEO aspects of websites, ensuring optimal crawlability, indexability, and site performance.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure all new and existing content is optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using various analytics and SEO tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) as an SEO Strategist or in a similar senior SEO role.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies with measurable results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
