About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Service Delivery Specialist to join their fully remote operations team, serving clients in the Wolverhampton area and beyond. This role is central to ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of our services through effective remote coordination and support. You will be responsible for managing service requests, troubleshooting client issues, and collaborating with field technicians (if required) and internal teams to achieve timely and high-quality service outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a knack for process optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of services remotely, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through effective communication.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and service-related challenges, utilizing available resources and diagnostic tools.
- Liaise with and provide clear instructions to on-site field technicians or partners when physical intervention is required.
- Maintain accurate records of service delivery activities, client interactions, and resolutions in the company's systems.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to the development of best practices for remote service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a service delivery, operations coordination, or technical support role, ideally with remote responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of service management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other remote collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent service requests.
- Relevant certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) are highly desirable.
