Remote Service Designer for HR Transformation (6-Month Contract)

TRIA is seeking an experienced Service Designer for a 6-month contract to support a global HR transformation. The role focuses on simplifying and standardising onboarding, probation and offboarding processes across regions, with remote work and occasional travel to a London office.

You will work with HR, Legal and technology stakeholders to question why steps exist, remove unnecessary complexity, and design lean processes that work across shared service teams worldwide.
