You will leverage your expertise in dermatology and cosmetic ingredients to help clients achieve their skincare goals from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their skin type, concerns, and goals.

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Certification or degree in Esthetics, Dermatology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a skincare advisory or consultancy role.
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, skin physiology, and common skin conditions.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
