Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their skin type, concerns, and goals.
• Provide personalized recommendations for skincare products and routines.
• Educate clients on product usage, ingredients, and best practices for skin health.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and video calls regarding skincare advice.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in dermatology and skincare trends.
• Document client interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Skincare Specialist , Aesthetician, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and effective treatments.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathetic counselling skills.
• Comfortable using video conferencing tools and CRM software.
• A passion for skincare and helping others achieve healthy skin.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
