Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual skincare consultations via video calls and detailed questionnaires.
• Provide personalized recommendations for skincare routines, products, and treatments tailored to individual needs.
• Educate clients on skin conditions, ingredient functions, and proper application techniques.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide support through various digital communication channels (email, chat, phone).
• Track client progress and follow up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and advancements in dermatological science.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Skincare Consultant, Aesthetician, or similar role, with a strong understanding of dermatology.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients virtually.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools, CRM software, and other digital communication platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload of clients effectively.
