About the Role

Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and empathetic Remote Skincare Consultant to join their dynamic online beauty advisory team. In this fully remote position, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking expert advice on skincare routines, product selection, and personalized treatment plans, all delivered via virtual consultations. You will leverage your deep understanding of dermatology and cosmetic science to guide clients towards achieving their skin health goals, contributing significantly to our client's commitment to accessible, expert beauty advice from the comfort of their own homes. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual passionate about skincare and virtual client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their skin concerns and recommend appropriate skincare regimes and products.
• Provide expert advice on product usage, ingredient benefits, and treatment protocols through various digital channels (video calls, chat, email).
• Develop personalized skincare plans tailored to individual client needs, skin types, and concerns.
• Educate clients on best practices for skin health and preventative care.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, ingredients, and advancements in skincare technology.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and consultation notes within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Skincare Consultant , esthetician, or in a similar client-facing beauty role.
• Extensive knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and cosmetic ingredients.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills for virtual interactions.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools and CRM software.
• A passion for helping others achieve healthier, radiant skin.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
