About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Remote Skincare Consultant to join their expanding virtual client care team, servicing clients nationwide. In this role, you will provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on skincare products and routines via digital channels, including video consultations, email, and chat. You will be instrumental in guiding clients toward achieving their skin health goals, ensuring they have a positive and informed experience with our client's product range. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a deep understanding of skincare science and product ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual skincare consultations with clients to assess their skin type, concerns, and goals.
• Provide personalized recommendations for skincare products, treatments, and daily routines.
• Educate clients on product usage, ingredient benefits, and proper application techniques.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide support through various digital communication channels.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, product innovations, and scientific research.
• Document client interactions and feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to product use or skincare concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Skincare Consultant, Aesthetician, or related role with strong client-facing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of skin types, common skin conditions, ingredients, and skincare formulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
• A strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional remote workspace.
