Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual skin assessments and consultations to identify client skin types, concerns, and goals.
• Develop personalized skincare regimens and recommend appropriate products, explaining their benefits and usage.
• Educate clients on skincare best practices, ingredient functions, and the importance of consistency in their routines.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls, providing expert advice and support.
• Stay current with advancements in dermatology, cosmetic science, and skincare product formulations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance online customer engagement and promote new skincare lines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a skincare-focused role, such as a licensed esthetician, skincare therapist, or beauty consultant with specialized skincare knowledge.
• Comprehensive understanding of various skin conditions (e.g., acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation) and their treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience with online consultation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
