About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and digitally savvy Remote Social Media & PR Coordinator to manage their online presence and public relations efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster online community engagement.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media kits.
• Track media mentions and social media performance metrics, compiling regular reports.
• Support the planning and execution of online PR campaigns and influencer outreach.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and/or public relations coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of PR principles and media relations basics.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ideally based within the UK.
