About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs via virtual platforms, including social, emotional, and practical support requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with a recognized degree and professional registration (e.g., Social Work England).
• Proven experience in social work practice, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and ethical frameworks.
• Excellent assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills, adapted for a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, case management software, and maintaining data security.
