Remote Solar & BESS Projects Delivery Lead

BELECTRIC UK is seeking an Additional Services Delivery Manager for the Operations & Maintenance team. This home-based role involves regular travel to solar farms and BESS sites across the UK, with a salary up to £55,000 and a permanent, full-time contract.

You will lead upgrade, repair and remediation projects, interfacing with clients and stakeholders to deliver safely, on time, and within budget. Strong CDM/HSE, budgeting, planning, and sub-contractor coordination are essential.
