Remote Solutions Engineer - Installation Support

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly technical and customer-oriented Remote Solutions Engineer to provide expert support for the installation and integration of their advanced systems. This is a fully remote position, requiring you to guide clients through complex technical setups, troubleshoot integration challenges, and ensure the successful deployment of our solutions worldwide. You will be a key technical advisor, leveraging your deep understanding of the product suite and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional remote support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and passionate about helping clients achieve success with our technology, working collaboratively from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote, high-level technical assistance for the installation and configuration of client solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and system performance problems remotely.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, guides, and best practice articles.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Conduct remote technical training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Identify product issues and provide detailed feedback to the engineering and product development teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer , Technical Consultant, or Senior Support Engineer, with a strong focus on remote delivery.
• Deep understanding of system integration, networking, and relevant software/hardware technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences remotely.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work autonomously.
• Experience in Installation & Maintenance of sophisticated systems is highly desirable.
