Remote Staff Ruby Engineer: Architect & Lead High-Impact Systems

Cleo is seeking a Staff Engineer for Ruby to shape technical direction across a pillar while remaining hands-on in our Rails monolith. You will partner with senior peers to define architecture and drive delivery across squads, shipping ambitious product work that improves users’ financial health.

Based in the UK or EU with remote work options, you will mentor engineers, build shared systems, and help evolve our monolith into modular services.
