Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for building structures using industry-standard software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Revit Structure).
- Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations for tender and construction purposes.
- Collaborate closely with remote architectural and construction teams to ensure design intent is met.
- Review shop drawings and respond to site queries from construction teams in a timely manner.
- Conduct site inspections remotely where feasible or provide guidance for on-site personnel.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in structural engineering principles and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in structural design for various building types, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD/BIM tools .
- Excellent understanding of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
