Remote Supervising Social Worker – Foster Care Support

Cambian Group Plc is recruiting for a Supervising Social Worker to support foster families within the Fostering Support Group. The role is home-based with occasional meetings at the Shortlands office, and most caseloads focus on the Kent/South London region.

You will build relationships with foster parents and child social workers, ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations, and work with stakeholders to meet adverse outcomes for children while promoting value and inclusion.
