Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process, including shipment booking, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve any logistical challenges or delays.
- Ensure all necessary shipping documentation is accurate and submitted on time for domestic and international shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator or in a similar logistics role.
- Solid understanding of transportation modes, logistics planning, and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping is a plus.
