Remote Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimise their supply chain operations. This position, based entirely remotely , will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods, materials, and information from suppliers to customers. You will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, managing inventory, and supporting the overall logistics function. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimising holding costs.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Process purchase orders and manage logistics documentation accurately.
• Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders on order status.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supply chain coordination , logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics operations.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and standard office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and data.
