About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Remote Support Coordinator to manage and facilitate a range of mental health support services for individuals across the UK. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the UK while playing a crucial role in connecting individuals with the resources they need. You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing caseloads, providing information, and ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support through various communication channels. This role requires excellent organisational skills and a compassionate understanding of mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule support sessions, appointments, and interventions for clients accessing mental health services.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing information, support, and guidance via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring data integrity and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Liaise with mental health professionals, therapists, and external agencies to facilitate integrated care pathways.
- Monitor client progress and engagement, proactively addressing any barriers to accessing support.
- Manage administrative tasks related to service delivery, including reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or support role, preferably within the health or social care sector.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
- A good understanding of mental health principles and the support services available is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote working environment.
