Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of remote care staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient service delivery.

- Facilitate communication between care staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service operation.
- Maintain accurate digital records of client information, care plans, and staff activities.
- Monitor service delivery remotely, identifying and resolving any issues or gaps in support.
- Support the onboarding and administrative processes for new care staff as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role, preferably within the care sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools, scheduling software, and standard office applications.
