About the Role
Our client, a forward-thinking Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking a highly experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their remote-first talent acquisition function. This strategic role will involve designing and implementing scalable talent acquisition strategies that support the company's global growth objectives. You will manage a team of remote recruiters, oversee the candidate experience, and partner with senior leadership to attract and retain top talent across all departments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives for a fully remote workforce.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of talent acquisition specialists and recruiters.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
- Implement and optimize recruitment technologies, including ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
- Develop and manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to a remote-first organization.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand their talent needs and build effective pipelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies for remote or distributed teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a remote workforce.
- Expertise in various sourcing methodologies, recruitment technologies, and employer branding.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive results in a remote setting.
- Experience within a Recruitment Consultancy or similar professional services environment is a plus.
