About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking Recruitment Consultancy , is looking for an experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for their clients, with a particular focus on opportunities based in or around Bristol . This strategic role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract high-calibre candidates. As a fully remote position, you will leverage your expertise in candidate engagement and market intelligence to deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions from your home office, contributing significantly to client success and our consultancy's reputation for excellence in talent sourcing across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of innovative methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and manage their experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct market intelligence research to advise clients on talent availability and compensation benchmarks.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter, with a strong track record of success.
• Expertise in using various sourcing channels and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively manage a remote workload.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law considerations.
