This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from any location while collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to attract top talent. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and enhancing the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring they align with the company culture and technical requirements.
- Utilize recruitment technologies and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong track record of successful hires.
- Experience managing recruitment in a fully remote setting is essential.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a proactive approach.
