Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates from diverse channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage candidate communications, providing updates and maintaining engagement throughout the process.
• Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS ) with accurate information.
• Assist in coordinating interview schedules and gathering feedback.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment , talent acquisition , or a related HR field.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for remote interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and adept at working independently in a remote setting.
