Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for a variety of client roles, ensuring timely and quality placements.
• Proactively source candidates through online channels, professional networks, and database searches, focusing on passive candidates.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening calls and interviews, assessing qualifications, motivations, and cultural alignment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Collaborate closely with client hiring managers to understand their needs and provide market insights.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant , preferably in an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent understanding of modern recruitment techniques and employer branding principles.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
