About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical helpdesk or IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), common software applications, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to systematically diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Experience with remote support tools and methodologies is essential.
