Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview technical candidates for a variety of roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, professional networks, and industry events (virtual).
• Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand complex role requirements and team dynamics.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
• Stay abreast of current technology trends and the competitive talent market.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment, either in-house or agency-side.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive technical candidates.
• Strong understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other technical sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
