You will provide advanced troubleshooting and technical assistance for complex network infrastructure issues, guiding clients and on-site personnel through resolution processes. This role is essential for maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring the uptime of critical network services, allowing you to leverage your technical prowess from a home-based office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level remote technical support for network hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity, performance, and security problems.
• Conduct remote system audits and performance analyses.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 support and field engineers to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and security threats to provide proactive support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network engineering or advanced technical support roles.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPNs, and firewall management.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in stressful situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration .
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent experience.
