Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from clients via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues related to software, hardware, and network configurations.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable guidance to clients to resolve their technical problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and FAQs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of common operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
