Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for our software products to a diverse client base.
- Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions thoroughly in the support system.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to report and track software bugs and feature requests.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
- Assist in training junior support staff and contributing to best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer , preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, databases, and web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues remotely.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support cases concurrently and prioritize effectively.
