Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat for hardware-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware malfunctions and performance problems.
- Guide customers through setup, installation, and configuration of various hardware devices.
- Document all support interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and support best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support , preferably with a focus on hardware.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and common operating systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
