About the Role

In this role, you will provide critical remote assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to customers experiencing issues with their installed equipment. You will leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to resolve problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and installation procedures remotely.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with on-site field engineers to provide remote technical assistance and escalate complex problems.
• Develop and update technical documentation, FAQs, and support guides for customer self-service.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively to prevent future problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within installation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies for hardware and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with remote access tools and customer support software.
• Must be comfortable and effective working independently in a remote capacity.
• Ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks efficiently.
