Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-class remote technical support to clients experiencing issues with hardware and software.
• Utilize remote desktop tools and diagnostic software to identify root causes of problems.
• Offer clear, concise, and actionable guidance to clients for troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests, interactions, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies for complex technical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions effectively.
• Proficiency with remote support software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• A background in mechanical or electrical systems maintenance is highly desirable.
