• Document all support interactions, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to knowledge base development.
• Perform remote diagnostics and guide users through troubleshooting steps via phone and remote access tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecommunications or a related technical support field.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, IP addressing, and telecommunications hardware.
• Excellent remote diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using remote support tools and CRM systems.
