About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-level strategic network architecture designs, roadmaps, and standards.
• Evaluate and recommend new telecommunications technologies and solutions to enhance network capabilities and performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture specifications.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship on network design principles, security best practices, and implementation strategies.
• Conduct architectural reviews and risk assessments for proposed network changes and new deployments.
• Ensure the network architecture supports scalability, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness across all operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture, with a significant focus on telecommunications.
• Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols, IP networking, MPLS, SD-WAN, and cloud networking concepts.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex network infrastructures.
• Excellent knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences globally.
