Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect new telecommunications networks and services, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Develop detailed network design documents, including diagrams, specifications, and IP addressing schemes.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, hardware, and software for network enhancement.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure designs adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide design recommendations for improvements.
• Stay current with advancements in networking and telecoms technologies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in telecoms network design or architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, VLANs, and QoS.
• Experience with wireless technologies (4G/5G) and IP networking is essential.
• Proficiency with network simulation and design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex network challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a remote working environment.
