About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Remote Telecoms Solutions Architect to design and oversee the implementation of sophisticated telecommunications solutions. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, with a focus on technical leadership and strategic planning. You will be instrumental in defining the architecture for complex network and service deployments, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with industry best practices. This role is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of our client's offerings in the telecoms sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions for complex telecom projects, including network infrastructure, services, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into robust architectural designs.
• Develop technical documentation, including proposals, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance our client's service offerings.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in telecoms .

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar senior technical role within the telecoms industry.
• Deep understanding of telecommunications technologies, including mobile networks (4G/5G), fibre optics, IP networking, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven ability to design and document complex, scalable, and resilient network solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with pre-sales support and technical consulting is highly desirable.
• Must be comfortable working independently and managing workload effectively in a fully remote capacity.
