About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the company's telecommunications systems, including VoIP, PBX, and mobile communication platforms.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
• Implement software updates, patches, and configuration changes as required.
• Provide remote technical support to internal users and clients, resolving telecoms-related queries.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and user guides.
• Participate in the planning and rollout of new telecoms services and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecoms Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and telephony systems.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to manage and configure various communication platforms and software.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with a self-disciplined approach to work.
