Key Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry systems and associated equipment remotely, identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting on deployed hardware and software, coordinating with on-site personnel when necessary.
• Analyze data logs and system performance metrics to identify trends and potential problems.
• Update and maintain documentation for all telemetry systems, including configuration details and troubleshooting guides.
• Respond to alerts and alarms, providing timely technical support to end-users and field teams.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and new telemetry deployments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemetry systems, remote monitoring, or network maintenance.
• Strong understanding of data transmission protocols and hardware associated with remote monitoring.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote technical support capacity.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and system logs effectively.
