Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of transportation and delivery schedules for a diverse fleet across the UK.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and clients to provide real-time updates and address operational queries.
• Utilize transport management software (TMS) and tracking systems to monitor shipment progress and proactively identify potential delays.
• Process and manage all shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any transportation-related issues, such as delays, route changes, or vehicle problems, remotely.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain management is essential.
